DaCES and the DaCES working group for thermal energy storage has prepared input to this report “Thermal Energy Storage, Electrification with Flexibility 2025”. The report introduces some of the drivers and necessary focus areas for accelerating the development and uptake
of thermal energy storage in the large transition of our energy system. We wish to increase understanding and awareness of the large potentials in thermal energy storage among decision-makers, institutions and other central actors in the broad energy sector.
