Rechargeable batteries cannot be avoided if Denmark is to reach its goals with the green transition. Therefore, there is a need for an increased political focus on batteries and a national battery strategy in line with our neighboring countries, so that we do not miss out on innovation, jobs and investments in the Danish battery sector. This is the message from DaCES and key Danish battery actors in a policy brief, which was published on the 23rd of August 2023.
